Electronica house psychedelic group Pink Skull chose to release their latest remix EP through Legitmix. "Some of the tracks were based on on-the-fly remixes we did at live dj sets," comments Justin "JG" Geller, who along with Julian Grefe makes up the central nervous system of Pink Skull. "We really like the ease of use with Legitmix. You make something using samples, and get it up for sale almost immediately. It saves thousands in sampling fees, but also gets the original artists paid as well. A standout for us is Body Motion, a rework of our favorite song by 80s British new wave group Quando Quango - so we were glad to be able to release this in a way that they get paid too."
